If none of the above helps I suggest that you install a WinXP Pro SP2 from an original WinXP CD and install the NW Client 4.91SP1 in 'IP only' mode. I can't tie it to any other specific upgrade or change. I've tried client version changes and OS SP installs and uninstalls, to no avail; we still have it.
